Where to begin with Wendy.. she LISTENS. Actually listens. In one casual 'getting to know you' conversation, I rattled off deal breakers, dream features and nice-to-haves. Wendy remembered every single one. She never wasted our time showing us houses that had deal breakers; and was so incredibly organized, we spent two days looking at houses before we found THE ONE. It had every single must have and every single nice-to-have and then some!!!
You won't see her name advertised in magazines or billboards.. she doesn't need to buy that kind of hype when she is doing right by every single buyer/seller. I absolutely would recommend Wendy to anyone and everyone (unless you're a jerk, then go find a number off a billboard).
